		<description>A long time ago, I had a boss who suddenly stopped speaking to me. Just stopped. I asked what had happened -- and got nothing. Everything was fine. I didn&#039;t know what I had done -- and as it turned out, I hadn&#039;t done anything. Except that I was doing good work that others noticed and remarked upon. And that was what had happened.

Thanks for this article -- it sent me right back to Psalm 69.</description>
