This is very uplifting! I should have known this before then I would not have felt like not waking up some of days when I felt the task ahead was way beyond my league. My greatest weakness has been that I really fear being a loser in any project but now I understand that success doesnt come from knowing it all but rather, it is achieved by acknowledging what we are ignorant about and endevouring to learn more about it!

What a great article! I personally used to fear looking stupid. I think its something we learn at school - If you can't answer a question or get something wrong you are immediately branded with the awful label. So half the time people dont' ask when they should. I have come across many a situation where 1 person risks asking what could be perceived as a stupid question and it turns out that many others felt exactly the same. Its good to know there are definite advantages to that feeling :)
