GCNi Corporation (dba InsideWork) seeks total customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any of the following reasons, we will offer a return option:
Printed Product
The product is damaged due to shipment
If your InsideWork product has been damaged during shipment due to the shipper’s error or poor packaging, we will ship you a new product at our expense so long as the damage is reported within 30 days of the purchase date. We ask that you, the customer, assess the reason for the damage and include a description of the nature and cause of the damage through an online explanation form on our website.
The reason for requesting this information is so that we can identify possible areas for improvement in packing and shipping our products. We appreciate your helpful feedback.
The product has errors that resulted from the production process or it is not the product that you ordered.
If your InsideWork product has a physical flaw resulting from the production process - or we have shipped the wrong product to you - please return the product in the original shipping box to us. We will issue an RMA number and dispatch a carrier to pick the content up from the original shipping address. Please fill out the back of the packing slip to explain the nature of the problem. We will ship a replacement product to you upon receipt of your returned item.

The product is not what you expected
If you are disappointed with the content of any printed InsideWork product, we offer a money back guarantee on the purchase price of the product. To receive a refund, you must return the product to us in like-new condition with no writing or damage to the material within 30 days of purchase. We then will refund the appropriate amount to the purchaser of the product. We do not refund the cost of shipping or pay for the necessary shipping to return the product.
Downloaded Product
The product is not what you expected
If you are disappointed with the content of the InsideWork downloaded product, we offer a money back guarantee on the purchase price of the product within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a rebate, please visit our website and fill out the “Download Rebate Request” form. If you fill this form out and agree to the statement of destruction that you will promptly delete the product from your computer and destroy any printed copies that were produced from the destroyed file, we will refund the appropriate amount to the purchaser of the product. By accepting our refund, you will be deemed to have certified to us that you have so deleted the product and destroyed any such copies.

You are dissatisfied with the content of your product
We do not accept returns on opened media such as audio CD’s, tapes, software or videos due to dissatisfaction with the content.

YOU AGREE THAT GCNi CORPORATION’S (GCNi) PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF GCNi’S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES;
- ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
AND
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY REASON, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, AND YOU AGREE THAT, OTHER THAN GCNi’S AGREEMENT TO REPLACE PRODUCTS OR PROVIDE A PURCHASE PRICE REFUND UNDER THE FOREGOING POLICIES, GCNi SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY GENERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER MONEY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER. YOU AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY, IT BEING THE INTENTION OF THE PARTIES THAT SUCH LIABILITY LIMITATIONS BE APPLICABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
