Do I understand how well I am leading and how I need to change as a leader today?
We live in an enormously challenging time for leaders. Many leaders are finding that what has worked for them in the past is no longer effective. Leaders must personally grow and evolve in their ability to lead, to understand what their focus must be. However, many leaders have never had input and feedback to help them understand the effectiveness of their leadership or to understand the real impact of their leadership on the current and future organization. Many leaders, in fact, are not leading but acting as players and drivers rather than coaches and leaders.
